Not only were they able to upgrade our entire IMS at MBN Services, but they managed to convince our external ISO auditors to cancel the upcoming extra audit, saving us thousands of dollars and alot of time.

Following the upgrade and audit success, the team have been embedded into ours, helping us with maintaining the IMS and ensuring we are operating under best practice principles. Having this kind of support with an FTE would be very expensive. It's very good value for money, costs only a fraction of the cost of an FTE, but you don't get less in return. I highly recommend these guys if you're serious about your ISOs and want to demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement. Do workers need to download an app?

No. Kompli is a QR code web app. Workers scan the code at the gate with their phone camera and complete everything in the browser.

Is there a limit on workers or contractors?

No. Pricing is per project site, with unlimited workers, subcontractors and teams.

Who sets it up?

The iHSEQ team sets up your first project, your induction and your SWMS library, and shows your site manager how to run it.

Can records be changed after they are submitted?

ITPs lock on submission by design, so the record stands as it was completed. Sign-ins, inductions and SWMS signatures are time-stamped.

Which states is Kompli available in?

Kompli is currently available for projects in New South Wales, set up around the NSW WHS Act and Regulation and SafeWork NSW requirements. If your project is outside NSW, talk to us about timing.
