IHSEQ has been an absolute game-changer for Stripout Bros. Managing safety compliance and certifications can be a headache in our industry, but IHSEQ makes it effortless. Their team is knowledgeable, proactive, and always available when we need them. They've kept us fully certified and up to date without us having to chase a thing. It's rare to find a company that delivers this consistently — we're super happy and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.Posted on Google![]()

Huge thanks to the team at Tarek and his team at iHSEQ for helping us achieve our CM3 certification! Their customer service is truly top-tier. They were patient, insightful, and always available to answer our questions throughout the assessment process. What could have been a stressful compliance hurdle was handled with total professionalism and efficiency. Highly recommend their services to any contractor looking to get certified without the headache!Posted on Google![]()

Tarek and his team at iHSEQ are experts at what they do. Not only were they able to upgrade our entire IMS at MBN Services, but they managed to convince our external ISO auditors to cancel the upcoming extra audit, saving us thousands of dollars and alot of time. Following the upgrade and audit success, the team have been embedded into ours, helping us with maintaining the IMS and ensuring we are operating under best practice principles. Having this kind of support with an FTE would be very expensive. It's very good value for money, costs only a fraction of the cost of an FTE, but you don't get less in return. I highly recommend these guys if you're serious about your ISOs and want to demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement. Their monthly subscription fee is cheaper than what most consultants charge per day. Thank you team!Posted on Google![]()

Never in my life have I ever used a more complicated system CM3 is both out of touch and not fit for the real world. If it wasn't for IHSEQ, I would still be at my computer trying to navigate it. They where both fast and efficient and took the stress away. Thank youPosted on Google![]()

Couldn't rate this team any better! Tarek went above and beyond to efficiently guide us through the ISO 14001, 45001 and 9001 certification process. Very knowledgeable and I was immediately impressed with the attention to detail and hours of work that clearly went into our systems. iHSEQ will be your first and last point of call. Safety is costing you more than you think
- The builder wants a site-specific SWMS by 7am and you are writing it at 9pm.
- Your Cm3 or Rapid prequal lapsed and the purchase order is on hold until it is fixed.
- An inspector walked onto site and asked for your plant register, your inductions and your last toolbox talk.
- You lost a tender on the "describe your WHS management system" question.
- You know the toolbox talks and inspections should be happening. They are not, because you are the one who would have to do them.
Safety Partner takes every one of these off your desk, for a fixed monthly fee instead of a salary.
Site visits first. Everything else is built around them.
Most monthly safety subscriptions sell phone advice and a template library with nobody on site. Documents do not stop incidents; people on site do. Every Safety Partner visit is an inspection with a written report you can hand to the builder, or a toolbox talk your crew actually attends.
- Someone on your site, not just a phone line
- The consultant who writes your SWMS has stood on your site
- A team behind the consultant: documents, broadcasts, prequal renewals, Kompli support
- Kompli site sign-in and inductions included in every tier
- Inclusions and caps in writing, prices reviewed once a year
What happens every month
The same rhythm every month, without you chasing it.
Safety quiz and alert
The monthly quiz goes to your workers in the first week; a safety alert on a current hazard or regulator focus goes out mid-month.
Toolbox talk pack
A ready-to-deliver talk with attendance record every month, or delivered on site as your visit.
Your site visit
An inspection with a written report within 48 hours, or a toolbox talk to your crew. Quarterly, monthly or fortnightly by tier.
Upkeep check
Licences, insurances, plant registers, training records and prequalification expiries checked and chased before they lapse.
SWMS on request
Template SWMS within two business days, adapted to your company, plant and people. Site-specific SWMS when a builder asks.
Advice when it matters
A consultant on the phone when the builder, the inspector or a worker needs an answer. Not a call queue.
Choose your tier
All prices are per month, ex GST, on a 12-month agreement billed monthly in advance. Every tier includes Kompli. Not sure which one? Book the scoping call and we will tell you.

How Safety Partner compares with an advice-only subscription
The HR-and-WHS subscriptions marketed to trade businesses charge $1,400 to $1,900 a month for a phone line, a template library and a 24-to-60-month contract. Here is what that money buys with us.
| Advice-only subscription (published pricing) | Safety Partner Standard | |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly fee (ex GST) | $1,400 to $1,900 | $1,725 |
| Someone on your site | No | Every month, with a written report |
| SWMS | Generic templates you fill in | Written for your trade and your company, 5 a month |
| Toolbox talks | Template library | Monthly pack, or delivered on site |
| Prequalification (Cm3, Rapid, Avetta) | Not included | Two portal renewals a year, expiries chased |
| Site sign-in and inductions | General HR software | Kompli, built for construction sites |
| Contract term | 24 to 60 months | 12 months |
| Who answers the phone | A phone line | The consultant who has been on your site |

Questions contractors ask before they sign
A half day (up to four hours on site) within 40 km of the Sydney CBD: a site inspection with a written report within 48 hours, or a toolbox talk delivered to your crew. Visits are scheduled in advance and do not roll over between months.
Yes, by a wide margin. A WHS coordinator on payroll typically costs upwards of $90,000 a year before on-costs, and you still need cover for leave. Standard is $20,700 a year and comes with a team behind the consultant.
A template SWMS comes from our trade library and is adapted to your company, plant and people. A site-specific SWMS is written for a named site and activity, usually because a principal contractor has asked for it. Template SWMS are in every tier; site-specific SWMS are in Plus (two a month) or $255 each. Either way, every SWMS for high-risk construction work is reviewed against the actual site and signed off by your workers before the work starts, as the WHS Regulation requires.
12 months, billed monthly in advance, ex GST, prices reviewed each July. Move up a tier at any time; moving down takes effect at your anniversary.
Desk inclusions (quiz, alert, toolbox pack, SWMS, advice, upkeep checks, Kompli) are delivered Australia-wide. Site visits are included within 40 km of the Sydney CBD; regional and interstate visits are quoted with travel at cost.
No. In onboarding we review what you have, keep what works, bring the rest current and load it into Kompli and your document portal.
Standard and Plus clients who hold or are working towards ISO 9001, 14001 or 45001 can add ISO Partner at $1,900 a quarter: document control, internal audit program, management review and surveillance-audit preparation.
Onboarding begins within a week of the agreement being signed, and your first site visit is scheduled within 30 days of sign-up. Because visit capacity is limited, the earlier you enquire the earlier your start date.
Ready to stop doing safety on the side?
Tell us your trade, how many sites you run and how many workers you have. Fifteen minutes, no obligation, and you will know your tier and your start date before you hang up.
Prices are ex GST for new Safety Partner agreements. 12-month term, billed monthly in advance. Monthly inclusions reset each month and do not accumulate. Advice hours are capped by tier (2, 3, 5 and 10 hours a month). Site visits are half days within 40 km of the Sydney CBD; travel beyond that is charged at cost. Work outside your tier is quoted before it starts. Advice-only subscription figures are from publicly available pricing and a quote received by an iHSEQ client in 2026.
